By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in physical exercise and fitness activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury, illness, or other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this class.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless The Jupiter Social Club and any event organizers or vendors from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of my participation in this fitness class, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or negligence.

By registering for this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this liability waiver.
3. I hereby grant permission to The Jupiter Social Club and its representatives to photograph, film, and record me during the event. I understand that these images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, print materials, and other marketing efforts.
4. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of such media, and I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final product. I release The Jupiter Social Club its affiliates, and all persons involved from any liability in connection with the use of these materials.
